Easter in Portugal is a very respected time and usually celebrated with family gatherings.
This year, due to the pandemic, we need to find ways to respect the rules and restrictions when celebrating.
The state of emergency in Portugal is in force until March 31 and will most probably be extended on April 1.
During the Easter week (March 25-April 4), the general stay at home rule continues to apply. The prohibition of movement between municipalities is in force from Friday 26th March (midnight 25th/26th) continuously to Monday 5th April 5am.
